Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Hong Kong is seeking a PR & Event Manager to lead bilingual communications, ensure timely delivery of high-quality content, and coordinate with media and internal teams for Van Cleef & Arpels’ targets.

You will manage media inquiries, nurture journalist relationships, monitor coverage, and coordinate with boutiques and retail teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in communications, agency experience a plus.

Are you a good match?

You have solid experience in Communications, with agency experience would be a plus.

You are exceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and an ability to manage several fast-moving projects without compromising quality.

You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, You will be responsible for:

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&As, newsletters, presentations, and copywriting of digital platforms including social media, websites etc.




• Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner.




• Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, self-media individuals across print, digital, and social platforms.




• Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison, compile regular reports to assess PR effectiveness on a regular basis.




• Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. retail team and boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
