Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Communications professional to lead bilingual content creation for press releases, events, and digital platforms. You will coordinate media inquiries and cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.

You will work closely with internal teams (retail, events, group communications) to ensure on‑brand messaging and seamless project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in communications; agency experience would be a plus.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate bilingual content for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, and photo shoots promptly.
• Maintain relationships with key media contacts across print and digital platforms.
• Track media coverage and prepare regular effectiveness reports.
• Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders for project execution.
