Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a client-focused boutique ambassador to deliver an exceptional client experience and support the boutique team.

You will greet visitors, assist Sales Associates during client presentations, and support daily boutique activities while upholding the Maison's standards and ensuring a welcoming shop floor ambience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all our visitors – easing waiting time and enhancing boutique experience
• Contribute to the business – assisting sales associates during client presentations
• Support daily boutique activities – preparing workspace, supporting on product preparation and payment procedures
• Offer an outstanding Customer Service – performing CS activities allowed in boutique (engraving, shining…)
• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life

Supporting our Sales Associates in boutique, you will be an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise by delivering an exceptional client experience.

As part of the Boutique team your role will be to:
