Gemini Personnel Limited is recruiting for a Personal Loan Services Officer (Branch-Based) to join a reputable bank in Hong Kong. You will provide professional service to branch walk-in customers and promote personal loan products, stationed at the Personal Loan Service Corner in designated branches.

Qualifications include a university degree with 1 year experience or secondary education with 3 years in retail banking, strong self-motivation and teamwork, plus excellent Cantonese and English

Competenze

• University degree with 1 year experience OR Secondary education with 3 years in retail branch/Personal loan.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; Cantonese and English fluency; Mandarin preferred.

Mansioni

• Stationed at Personal Loan Service Corner in designated branches
• Handle clean lending acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
• Solicit business through counter referrals, promotion booths and outreach activities
• Follow up on loan approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction
