Job summary

Gemini Personnel Limited is seeking a branch-based Personal Loan Officer to drive clean lending acquisitions and meet targets. You will engage customers at the Personal Loan Service Corner, solicit referrals from counters and outreach activities, and ensure a smooth approval-to-drawdown process while maintaining full compliance.

The role requires strong Cantonese and English communication, with Mandarin preferred, and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced retail banking

Qualifications

• University degree with 1-year retail banking experience, or 3 years in a retail banking role.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station at Personal Loan Service Corner of selected branch and responsible for clean lending acquisition activities.
• Meet and exceed personal loan target assigned.
• Solicit sales from counter referrals, sales promotion booth and outreach marketing activities.
• Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
