Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a (Senior) Officer, Loans & Operations for a local bank in Hong Kong. You will join the Loans & Credit Operations to manage loan creation and disbursement, focusing on vehicle finance and commercial loans, and related processes.

The role requires a university degree in Banking or Finance, at least three years in loans operations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent Mandarin and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented team player.

Qualifications

• University degree in Banking or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in loans operations.
• Good interpersonal, communication and PC skills.
• Good team player and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer, Loans & Credit Operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan creation and disbursement processing of vehicle finance and commercial loans.
• Liaise with branches and departments to follow up on drawdown documents or special approvals.
• Arrange setup of direct debit authorization of vehicle finance accounts.
• Perform loan documentation checks to ensure documents are complete and suitable for drawdown.
• Liaise with related Account Officers to rectify exceptions or deviations of loan documents.
• Update and maintain CCRA system records with related parties.
• Perform day-end reconciliation and prepare a report for supervisor approval.
• Prepare MIS reports and participate in project or system enhancements.
• Take up ad hoc assignments from the Supervisor / Manager.

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for an Operations Officer to join her Loans & Credit Operations for handling the loan creation and disbursement of vehicle finance & commercial loan and other related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle loan creation and disbursement processing of vehicle finance & commercial loan.
• Liaise with branches and departments to follow up on drawdown documents or special approval
