Assist the team head in reviewing and allocating resources to optimize team productivity.

Ensure all team processes comply with internal control standards, group compliance policies, and external regulatory requirements.

Job requirements

Diploma or degree holder; candidates with relevant work experience and Form Five or DSE qualifications will also be considered.

At least 3 years of experience in loan sales.

Strong focus on sales and customer service, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
