Job summary

Our client, a subsidiary of an Asia Pacific Loan and Finance Company, seeks a Branch Operation Officer to join the branch operation team in Hong Kong. You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with staff to provide daily operations support including loan processing and promotion of loan products.

Candidates should have a degree or diploma in BBA, Banking or Finance, at least five years in banking/finance with two years in supervision, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of banking/finance experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
• Result-oriented, energetic, detail minded and strong problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in branches and provide the operations support of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products
• Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties
• Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist the branch to achieve business target

Requirements

Degree / Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 2 years at the supervisory level.

Good motivation skills for all level of colleagues in branch.

Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems soliving skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.

Candidate will more supervisory experience will be considered as Assistant Branch Manager.
