Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong invites a career-focused banking professional to join our retail banking team. You will engage clients, open accounts, and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs with quality service.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, at least one year in banking, knowledge of retail products, and strong communication in English, Chinese, and Putonghua. HKSI/IIQE qualifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor/Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking.
• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products.
• High initiative with a sales and customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent; IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 and MPF Intermediaries preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Solicit business opportunities by providing quality services and referrals for investment and insurance products.
• Responsible for account opening and identifying customer needs; drive service enhancements to ensure quality and professional service.
