Job summary

A reputable Commercial Bank (US Based) in Hong Kong is seeking a customer services professional to support banking clients, including high-net-worth individuals. The role focuses on delivering courteous service, handling inquiries, and guiding customers on account openings and KYC status.

Candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business with 2 years banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines with 2 years of banking experience.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Patient and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person covering commercial banking clients and HNW clients
• Ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all issues are resolved without delay
• Provide information and guidance to customers on their account opening, transactions and KYC status according to bank policy and regulatory requirements
• Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problem to grant them maximum satisfaction
• Solid knowledge of the banking products and compliance standard
• Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
• Handle customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for effective resolution
