Job summary

OKX is seeking a Growth Platform Product Lead to own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, leading a team of product managers and partnering with business, channel, and regional stakeholders to scale growth across markets.

You will drive a unified, self-serve growth system by consolidating campaign tools, enabling ToB configurations, and leveraging AI for faster experimentation cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers and owning a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Deep growth middle-platform experience: campaign engine, task/mission system, loyalty or rewards platform, or similar shared growth infra.
• Proven platform thinking: consolidating disparate tools into a reusable, configurable, self-serve system.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year growth middle-platform vision and roadmap (campaign engine, task system, rewards, loyalty, segmentation).
• Lead design and delivery of ToC growth products and the ToB capabilities (configuration, rules engine, budget controls, reporting).
• Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics for measurability and optimization.
• Partner with channel owners to translate funnel needs into platform capabilities.
• Manage stakeholders across Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.
• Lead and grow a PM team, raise PM craft across the unit.
