Job summary

HSH Group / The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking an experienced pastry chef to ensure all food is produced to the highest standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in international luxury hotels and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Cantonese and English.

The role includes following recipes, conducting quality checks, maintaining safety standards, and applying creativity to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with international luxury hotel background in pastry.
• Good command in Cantonese and English is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food is produced to the highest standard of freshness and taste.
• Follows and enforces all recipes and standards for food production.
• Conducts daily checks of quality of produced items.
• Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements.
