Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager, Partnership Strategy, Insights & Planning to drive a five-year sponsorship strategy and commercially viable propositions. You will translate insights into pitches, support senior partner engagement, and collaborate across Sales, Design, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role requires 8–10 years in commercial strategy or related fields, with strong analytical ability and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of solid experience in commercial strategy, business development, or ventures.
• Experience across management consulting, sports/entertainment, or startup/venture/private equity is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to build business cases.
• Excellent English; Chinese language skills would be a plus.
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of a five-year sponsorship strategy with board reporting.
• Identify new categories, assets, and growth opportunities with viable business cases.
• Provide market intelligence, performance analysis, forecasting, and benchmarking.
• Develop standardised sponsorship packages and insight-led pitches with Sales/Design teams.
• Ensure proposals align with revenue targets and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Support senior partner engagement and represent HKJC at industry events.
• Foster collaboration across commercial functions and promote data-driven decisions.
