Job summary

Hong Kong Red Cross in Hong Kong is seeking a part-time Training Executive (Training Centre) to provide front-line customer service and administrative support for training courses. The role involves handling enrollments, inquiries, and logistics for training sessions at the Training Centre, averaging about 22 hours per week with Saturday morning shifts.

The ideal candidate will have HKCEE/HKDSE or a university degree, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in English and

Qualifications

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or University Degree holder in any discipline.
• Solid work experience with customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, answer phone and email enquiries, course enrollment in counter and handle complaints.
• Handle daily operation and administrative duties related to training services, such as corporate group enrollment, logistics arrangement, examination, issuing certificate, record filing, classroom management & handling enquiries etc.
• Handle accounting issues such as book-keeping of daily transaction on sales and purchase, preparation of financial documents, invoices, receipts and reports.
• Provide support for activities / events / projects of Agency and/or Department
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
