Phillip Securities (HK) Ltd. 位于油麻地的前台客服岗位，负责欢迎客户、处理一般咨询、协助开户以及引导客户使用网银/手机开户服务。

工作时间灵活，周末及公众假期也需要，兼职为主，亦可能为正式职位；需具备良好英语与普通话沟通能力，粤语优先。无需金融行业经验，将提供在职培训。

关注客户资料的验证与整理，提升客户体验，支持日常分行运营与促销活动。

Qualifications

• HKDSE 毕业及以上学历要求。
• 具备良好沟通与客户服务能力。
• 熟悉移动应用、WhatsApp、WeChat及其他社交媒体平台。
• 积极主动、负责并具团队合作精神。
• 能熟练使用英语及普通话；粤语优先。
• 无需金融行业经验，有在职培训。
• 在银行、证券、金融服务、零售或客户服务行业有相关经验者为佳。

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and handle general enquiries professionally
• Assist customers with the account opening process
• Guide customers in using online and mobile account opening services
• Verify and organize customer documents
• Provide a high level of customer service and support
• Support the daily branch/store operations and administrative tasks
• Support promotional and customer engagement activities as required

Requirements:

• HKDSE graduate or above
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in mobile applications, WhatsApp, WeChat, and other social media platforms.
• Proactive, responsible, and strong team player with a positive attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua; Cantonese is preferred
• No prior financial industry experience required. On-the-job training will be provided
• Experience in banking, securities, financial services, retail, or customer service industries is an advantage

Working Hours:

• 2 to 6 days per week
• 4 to 8 hours per day
• Includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Flexible work schedules available
• Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to long-term part-time positions Full-time permanent employment opportunities may be considered for suitable candidates
