Job summary

ASK IT Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to support installation projects. You will collaborate with admin teams, schedule deployment, and ensure customer sites are prepared, from power and cooling to space availability.

You will bridge technical teams and clients, document requirements, and help close projects with Acceptance Certificates. Strong English and Cantonese, plus IT infrastructure knowledge, are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of corporate IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and hardware deployment processes.
• Background in IT project coordination, administration, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.

Job description

Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact. Arrange installation schedules, explain technical requirements, and advocate for customer needs to client's internal teams.

Resource Scheduling: Align deployment timelines with customer availability. Dispatch onsite engineers for physical setup and coordinate with remote teams for system configuration.

Quality & Closure: Verify the installed infrastructure meets the original design and manage the final project sign-off (Acceptance Certificates) with the customer.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
