Job summary

Computer Recruitment Consultants Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Contract Pre-Sales Support Engineer to assist the pre-sales team with proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentation materials. You will review customer documents to identify key deliverables and technical requirements, and prepare SOWs, cost breakdowns, and project tracking reports.

• Assist the Pre-sales team in preparing business proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
• Support tender and requirement reviews by analyzing customer documents to identify key deliverables and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), cost breakdowns, and project tracking reports.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal delivery teams, external vendors, and business partners to collect technical data and resolve open items.
• Draft customer-facing materials, presentation decks, and executive meeting minutes.
• Leverage AI Productivity Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for document analysis, research, content drafting, and presentation workflows.
• Evaluate Digital Solutions and emerging AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in IT, presales support, or bid management is an advantage but not essential.
• Solid technical foundation or a keen interest in enterprise technology and managed services.
• Strong adaptability to AI, with an open mindset toward learning and implementing new tools into daily routines.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Key traits: Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solver, and able to perform both independently and collaboratively.
