Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Part-time Accounting Officer to support cost centre accounting, handling payments, travel settlements, billing, daily cash collection and petty cash. Reporting to the Accounting Officer, the role covers bank reconciliations, month-end journals and preparation of departmental reports, with emphasis on accurate filing and compliance with financial procedures.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ accounting experience, 5 HKCEE passes or equivalent, and

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 in English/Chinese/Math
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong English and Chinese communication; good Excel and Chinese word processing skills
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting or FlexSystem is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Process payments and prepare payment vouchers; dispatch cheques.
• Process advance payments and settlements of overseas travel expenses.
• Issue debit notes for billing requests.
• Handle daily collection, cash count and reconciliation of daily collection.
• Handle petty cash disbursement and journal preparation.
• Maintain creditors and debtors accounts and other funding accounts.
• Prepare month-end journals and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Accounting Officer in reporting to user departments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
