Job summary

Cricket Hong Kong, China Limited is seeking a responsible Part-time Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department in Hong Kong. The role focuses on AP duties, data entry, and payment processing, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reconciliation.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or above in accounting/finance, have basic MS Excel skills, and can work independently with bilingual capabilities in Chinese and English. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Relevant accounting or Accounts Payable experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with MS Excel and basic accounting software.
• Responsible, organized and attentive to details.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command of Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable duties, including invoice checking, data entry and payment processing.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain AP records.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in staff reimbursement processing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Support stock take and inventory record updates when required.
• Assist in ad hoc accounting assignments and administrative duties.
