Job summary

Pax Innovations Limited is seeking an Assistant Accounting Officer (Part Time) in Hong Kong to support financial and accounting operations, including reimbursement processing, cashier duties, and revenue reconciliation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related finance discipline, with several years of cashier experience and HKFRS familiarity.

Proactive, team-oriented candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or related finance discipline.
• 3 years or more of cashier work experience.
• Financial practitioner qualifications and accounting certificate.
• 2 years or more of professional experience independently completing full financial accounting cycles.
• Familiarity with HKFRS and accounting regulations and tax policies of other countries.
• Proficiency with financial software and related office application software.
• Proactive, responsible, with strong teamwork spirit and communication and coordination abilities.
• Integrity and professionalism, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle reimbursement work, including document management and preliminary review of documents according to company procedures
• Perform cashier duties, prepare bank vouchers, and compile income and expenditure progress statements
• Conduct revenue statistics work, reconcile revenue with business teams, and compile contract progress statements
• Handle foreign exchange revenue declarations and overseas payment applications, maintain daily liaison with banks
• Assist with asset management, participate regularly in company asset inventory and verification work
• Manage financial accounting archives, including binding of vouchers, reports, ledgers, and other accounting materials
• Coordinate with audit work as required
