OKX is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the P2P liquidity provider programme across multiple markets. You will lead a team of account managers, deepen marketplace depth, improve partner satisfaction, and drive retention with data-driven decisions.

You will partner with risk, payments, and growth teams, staying hands-on in a fast-moving crypto environment. English is required; Mandarin proficiency helps for Greater China markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value clients.
• Experience leading partner programmes at scale.
• Multi-market experience preferred.
• Strong data and funnel fluency; able to drive decisions from analytics.
• Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are relevant; crypto experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting direction and raising the operating bar.
• Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention.
• Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
• Collaborate with the risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction.
