Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to grow OKX's partnerships with token projects and on-chain ecosystems globally. You will own end-to-end collaboration management, negotiate with early-stage Web3 projects, and drive growth on the X Layer by overseeing partner deployments and activation programs.

The role requires 5+ years in crypto or finance-related partnerships, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, launch/growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management within crypto and/or traditional finance.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and execute high-stakes collaborations with global partners and stakeholders.
• Solid crypto-native foundation: token economics, onchain ecosystems, market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with high-potential Web3 projects across sectors and partnerships for RWA initiatives.
• Drive ecosystem growth on X Layer by building collaborations and overseeing deployments with partners.
• Contribute to new initiatives and collaboration formats with Product, Operations, and Legal to build processes.
• Maintain high standard of project quality, due diligence, and compliance across engagements.
• Research and track competitor moves and market trends, translating findings into strategy.
