Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to drive strategic operational improvements, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure initiatives finish on time and within budget. This role bridges strategic planning and daily execution across functions.

You will lead project scopes, track KPIs, forecast outcomes, and communicate with senior leadership. A bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of PM/ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Process Optimization: Audit existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and apply continuous improvement frameworks like Lean. [Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and HR to align project milestones.
• Performance & Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze Return on Investment (ROI), and report updates to senior leadership.
• Risk & Change Management: Anticipate risks, build mitigation plans, and guide teams through operational changes.

Qualifications & Skills
