We+ Asia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of multiple projects, driving operational excellence across delivery, resource planning, process optimization, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires designing scalable workflows, optimizing resources, monitoring progress, leading risk mitigation, and ensuring on-time delivery with consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, delivery management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in project-based environments involving engineering, manufacturing, automation equipment, hardware integration, or operational delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of operational process design, workflow optimization, SOP development, and execution management.
• Experience in resource planning, project scheduling, vendor management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of quality management practices and regulatory/compliance considerations.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of multiple concurrent projects while driving operational excellence across project delivery, resource planning, process optimization, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient operational frameworks, ensuring effective resource utilization, and delivering projects on time and within quality expectations.

Multi-Project Operations & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and operational activities, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, manpower, suppliers, subcontractors, and material resources.
• Monitor project progress and operational performance to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.
• Drive execution from project initiation through final delivery and acceptance.

Operational Process Design & Standardization

• Design, develop, and continuously improve operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, project kick-off processes, and acceptance checklists.
• Establish scalable operational frameworks that enhance consistency, efficiency, and delivery quality across projects.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives to optimize overall operational performance.

Resource Planning & Cost Optimization

• Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing manpower, equipment, materials, and vendor capabilities.
• Monitor operational expenditure and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Support supplier evaluation, vendor selection, and ongoing performance management.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Establish effective collaboration mechanisms among operations, engineering, production, suppliers, and after-sales stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular communication, progress reviews, and issue-resolution discussions to ensure alignment across teams.
• Promote information sharing and coordination to support efficient project execution.
• Identify project and operational risks related to quality, schedule, supply chain, technical implementation, and site execution.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize operational disruption.
• Lead issue escalation and resolution processes to ensure timely closure and business continuity.

Quality & Operational Excellence

• Oversee operational quality standards, documentation control, and compliance processes.
• Support implementation of quality assurance frameworks and continuous monitoring initiatives.
• Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and implement process enhancements to improve future delivery performance.
