Job summary

Vitaland-Services-Limite is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead district managers, ensure smooth tuck shop operations, and maintain high standards of service across multiple sites in Tuen Mun.

You will collaborate with principals and teachers, work with the marketing team on sales initiatives, and develop robust operation procedures. Strong leadership, budgeting, and bilingual communication are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, catering, food service, or tuck shop operations.
At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience managing multi-site operations, inventory control, merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
Strong business acumen with focus on cost control, operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
Budgeting, vendor management, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
