The Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take broad ownership of the firm’s non-investment operations.

You do not need to be a specialist in every area. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, disciplined, accountable and comfortable taking ownership.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating across functions rather than owning only one narrow operational specialty.

Typically 5–10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in fund operations, financial services, fintech, asset management or a similar environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams without losing control of details
Good judgment on what needs escalation and what can be handled independently
Able to work with junior team members and hold people accountable
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
Fund administration or asset management operations experience
Experience with hedge funds, virtual assets or quantitative trading firms
Exposure to SFC licensing or regulatory processes
Experience coordinating with auditors, fund administrators or compliance consultants

What Success Looks Like
You will be successful if:
monthly accounting and recurring operational tasks are completed on time
fund operational breaks are identified and resolved
regulatory and licensing deadlines are not missed
important company tasks have clear owners and deadlines
documentation is organized and easy to retrieve
junior team members operate with higher professional standards
routine workflows gradually become more systematic and less dependent on individuals
Why Posley
This is an opportunity to build the operating foundation of a growing quantitative investment firm.
Rather than managing one narrow function inside a large institution, you will have broad visibility across the business and meaningful influence over how the firm operates.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in making an organization run properly.
