Job summary

Posley Company Limited, a quantitative investment firm, seeks an Operations Manager to own non-investment operations across admin, HR, finance and internal processes. You will connect dots between functions, maintain calendars and procedures, and drive accountability with clear ownership and deadlines.

You will engage with fund administration, compliance and business support activities, coordinating with vendors, auditors and external advisers to keep operations compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, financial services, fintech or asset management.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams without losing control of details.
• Good judgment on what needs escalation and what can be handled independently.
• Able to work with junior team members and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day company operations across admin, HR, finance and internal processes.
• Ensure accounting, expenses, invoices, payroll and recurring obligations are properly followed up.
• Manage vendors, contracts, renewals, insurance and company records.
• Maintain clear documentation, calendars and operating procedures.
• Drive follow-through across teams by ensuring important tasks have clear owners, deadlines and escalation paths.
• Improve accountability and operating discipline across the firm.
• Oversee fund administration workflows including NAV, cash and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, banks, brokers and other counterparties.
• Follow up operational breaks, exceptions and outstanding items.
• Review AI-assisted or automated operational workflows and ensure exceptions are properly handled.
• Support fund-related reporting, account opening and operational processes.
• Coordinate with external compliance advisers, legal counsel and other professional service providers.
• Maintain regulatory and licensing calendars.
• Follow up regulatory filings, licensing requirements and supporting documentation.
