You will develop strategies, cultivate funder relations, and oversee daily operations, ensuring governance and compliance across programs. This position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Communications or Nonprofit Management.
• 5-8 years of experience in fundraising, funder relations, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with NGO governance and funder reporting requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for NGO programs.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with funders and partners.
• Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and funder communications.
• Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and community engagement activities.
• Oversee daily operations and cross-departmental coordination.
• Strategic planning, policy development, and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare operational and fundraising reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Represent the NGO in meetings and external stakeholder engagements when required.
