Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Communications or Nonprofit Management.
• 5-8 years of experience in fundraising, funder relations, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with NGO governance and funder reporting requirements is an advantage.
