Job summary

InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking a hands-on Head of Development and Partnerships to lead fundraising, partnerships, marketing and communications in Hong Kong. Reporting to the CEO, you will build a growing development function, delivering fundraising outcomes while boosting brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead a lean team of 4–5 staff or external vendors, work with the Fundraising Committee and Board, and drive diversified revenue streams in a mission-driven NGO

Qualifications

• Degree in business management, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of fundraising, partnerships, marketing or communications experience.
• Experience in NGOs, sports, lifestyle, or purpose-driven sectors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with boards, committees, or senior stakeholders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising & partnerships strategy and initiatives.
• Oversee marketing and communications activities.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, donors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Fundraising Committee on donor strategy.
• Lead a lean team of 4–5 staff and/or external vendors.
• Engage with board members and committees and provide updates.
