Job summary

Based in Hong Kong, the Fund Operations & Transformation Senior Associate will lead regional fund operations, partnering with external administrators to align financial reporting, NAV, and regulatory requirements across Greater China. The role combines finance with technology to drive automation and efficiency in APAC finance processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in international fund administration, strong Excel/VBA skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline
• 4–6 years' experience with intl fund admin/investment operations
• Knowledge of SFC-authorized funds; MRF and QDLP desirable
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Macro or AI tools (e.g., Claude, Co-pilot, Alteryx)
• Fluent English; Mandarin and Cantonese highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Report to Regional Head of Fund Accounting & Operations
• Coordinate with external fund administrators/distributors in Greater China
• Review financial statements and investors reports
• Support regulatory compliance and fund audits with internal/external stakeholders
• Drive AI automation and streamline finance processes
