Job summary

Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) is seeking a Senior Officer, Institutional Development to support fundraising, membership, and stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate with Corporate Communications and internal teams to prepare presentations, fundraising materials, and reports, while building strategic relationships with OHKF stakeholders.

The role requires a university degree and at least five years in fundraising, marketing or communications, with strong English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 5 years of solid experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds internally and externally
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Experience in working with local, mainland, and international communities
• Knowledge in design, website management, database management, customer/donor support, and event management will be a definite advantage
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet expected timelines

Responsibilities

• Assist the Institutional Development office in the overall fundraising work, including project and event sponsorship
• Assist the Institutional Development office in the planning and operation of the membership programme
• Assist the Institutional Development office in strategic relationship building and engagement with OHKF stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Corporate Communications team and other internal departments, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Assist the Institutional Development Director or President's office in preparing presentations, fundraising materials, and reporting
• Other duties as assigned by the Institutional Development Director
