We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Sales Admin to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day to day operations, supporting sales activities, and coordinating end to end Supply Chain activities with precision. You will be working closely with suppliers, warehouses, and clients, playing a key role in keeping our business running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sales Order Management: Process sales orders accurately, coordinate projects and arrange shipments.
• Inventory Management: Allocate the right items to the right locations at the right time.
• Supplier & Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries for clients and dealers.
• Payment Follow Up: Track and follow up on payments with both suppliers and clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Workflow & Deadline Management: Adhere strictly to established procedures, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met.
• Ad hoc Support: Assist in other operational and administrative tasks as required to support the team and the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Experience in China trade and logistics handling is highly preferred.
• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic or advanced programming skills, such as Python, Excel/VBA (Macros), SQL are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations/Optimization will be considered.
