Bond West Consultants in Hong Kong is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate day-to-day logistics, shipping, and project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery across HK, the U.S., and overseas offices.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics or operations management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluent English and Mandarin, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Our client, a trading company is now looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position:
Operational Execution: Assist in coordinating day-to-day logistics, supply chain, and project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Coordination & Flow: Facilitate the timely flow of shipping documents and communications among internal departments (including Hong Kong and U.S. offices), clients, suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices.
Production & Shipment Planning: Coordinate with vendors, overseas offices, and internal teams to monitor product development milestones, production schedules, and shipment bookings.
Logistics Support: Handle routine logistics operations, including preparing shipping arrangements, processing shipment plans, maintaining C-TPAT compliance documentation, and tracking carrier performance.
Vendor & Forwarder Liaison: Act as a daily point of contact for vendors and freight forwarders to track production progress, resolve minor scheduling conflicts, and coordinate cargo handovers.
Documentation & Customs: Prepare and verify shipping documents, ensuring accurate handling of import/export procedures and customs clearance-related matters.
Data & Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate mock-up/sample shipments, and prepare regular departmental reports for management review.
Process Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in implementing process improvements and maintaining operational efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, or operations management, preferably within the toy/premium industry. (No supervisory experience required).
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of shipping documentation, forwarder coordination, and basic premium/toy manufacturing processes.
Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas offices and Mainland factories.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel for inventory and shipment tracking).
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with external vendors and internal teams.
