Job summary

JEB Group is seeking an Operations Executive / Sales Admin in Hong Kong to support day-to-day operations and end-to-end supply chain activities with precision. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and clients to keep the business running smoothly.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, bilingual English/Chinese communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Fresh graduates with passion for supply chain and logistics are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Chinese.
• Experience in China trade and logistics handling preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations/Optimization considered.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate projects and shipments.
• Allocate inventory to locations at the right time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on payments with suppliers and clients to maintain cash flow.
• Manage workflows and deadlines according to established procedures.
• Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support as needed.
