Job summary

qlub is scaling rapidly in Hong Kong, seeking an Operations Executive to onboard merchants and ensure successful launches. You will work closely with merchants, sales, and product teams from day one, taking ownership of deployments and ongoing success.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-moving environment. English and Cantonese communication skills are essential, with comfort visiting restaurants and working on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese is a plus.
• Comfort working with data and spreadsheets to track and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and go-live: manage merchant onboarding from setup to go-live.
• Visit restaurants to train staff and ensure launches run smoothly.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and partners to keep onboarding on track.
• Support merchant adoption and gather feedback for improvements.
• Track onboarding progress, merchant records, and performance metrics.
