Job summary

qlub is expanding its Hong Kong operations and seeks an Operations Executive to onboard merchants and ensure successful go-live. You’ll work hands-on with restaurants, train staff, and coordinate with sales and product teams to deliver a smooth rollout.

You’ll track key metrics, report findings, and help refine onboarding workflows. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment will fit this role well.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks end-to-end.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese is preferred.
• Willingness to visit restaurants and work on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and go-live for new merchants.
• Visit restaurants to train staff and ensure smooth launches.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and partners to keep onboarding on track.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding workflows and SOPs.
• Provide first-point-of-contact support to merchants and resolve issues.
