Job summary

TS THREE PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking an operations-focused staff member to support daily dormitory functions for migrant workers. You will help ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations across rooms, common areas, and facilities.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, records, and resident inquiries while coordinating with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in dormitory operations, accommodation, facilities management or security is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of an operations team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to prepare operational records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the migrant worker dormitory and ensure the site is safe, secure, clean and operational.
• Conduct routine site patrols and inspections of resident rooms, common areas and facilities.
• Support resident check-in/check-out, room and bed movements and maintain accurate resident records.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback and complaints, and escalate where necessary.
• Monitor and enforce dormitory house rules, safety requirements and site procedures.
• Monitor security and access control for residents, visitors, contractors, vehicles and deliveries.
• Identify and report maintenance defects, safety hazards and cleanliness issues; follow up on rectification works.
• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance and other service providers on daily matters.
• Conduct checks on housekeeping, sanitation, waste management and environmental cleanliness.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per ERP and established procedures.
• Maintain shift logs, inspection records, incident reports and checklists.
• Ensure proper shift handover and follow up on outstanding operational matters.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and drills as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the OIC or Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the migrant worker dormitory and ensure the site remains safe, secure, clean and operational.

• Conduct routine site patrols and inspections of resident rooms, common areas, facilities and other operational areas.

• Support resident check-in/check-out, room and bed movements and maintain accurate resident records.

• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback and complaints, and escalated matters where necessary.

• Monitor and enforce dormitory house rules, safety requirements and site procedures.

• Monitor security and access control for residents, visitors, contractors, vehicles and deliveries.

• Identify and report maintenance defects, safety hazards, cleanliness issues and other operational abnormalities, and follow up on rectification works.

• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance personnel, contractors and other service providers on daily operational matters.

• Conduct checks on housekeeping, sanitation, waste management, pest control and general environmental cleanliness

• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with the site's Emergency Response Plan (ERP)and established procedures.

• Maintain accurate shift logs, inspection records, incident reports, checklists and other operational documentation.

• Ensure proper shift handover and follow up on outstanding operational matters.

• Support regulatory inspections, audits, emergency drills and other site activities as required.

• Perform other reasonable operational duties assigned by the OIC or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant working experience may also be considered.

• Experience in dormitory operations, accommodation, facilities management, security, estate operations or other 24/7 operational environments would be advantageous.

• Able to work independently and as part of an operations team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents from different backgrounds.

• Able to handle operational issues and emergencies calmly and escalated matters appropriately.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to prepare operational records and reports.

• CERT, First Aid, fire-safety, WSH or other relevant emergency-response training would be advantageous.
