Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in facilities management or related field.
• Minimum three years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of building services, electrical, plumbing and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance execution per schedules and checklists.
• Carry out corrective and reactive maintenance; escalate when needed.
• Provide on-site contractor coordination and site support.
• Maintain records of tools, spares and inventory usage.
• Ensure safety, compliance and risk controls during works.
• Assist residents and communicate work timelines clearly.
• Maintain complete maintenance logs for audit readiness.
• Offer knowledge transfer and guidance to general workers.
