N PLUS BURGER COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an organised Operations Executive to support daily office administration and coordinate follow-up across departments, reporting to the COO.
You will arrange meetings, take minutes, maintain trackers, prepare reports and help with store POS configurations and reporting.
The right candidate has a diploma or above in relevant fields, 1–3 years experience, strong Excel skills, English and Cantonese, and an ability to work independently.
We are looking for a well-organised and dependable Operations Executive to support our daily office administration and coordinate follow-up across different departments. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will help keep meetings, assignments, documentation, POS administration and operational projects properly organised and on schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the head office
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes and circulate follow-up actions
Maintain action trackers, deadlines and project progress records
Follow up with responsible departments and colleagues on outstanding tasks
Prepare and update Excel reports, operational summaries, presentations and management documents
Consolidate information and reports submitted by stores and different departments
Handle routine POS system settings, including menu items, prices, promotions and store configurations
Generate, consolidate and maintain POS sales and operational reports
Coordinate with restaurant teams, relevant departments and POS service providers to resolve system-setting or reporting issues
Assist with filing, document control, data entry and general office administration
Support operational projects, new store openings, internal communications and company activities
Handle ad hoc assignments from management
RequirementsDiploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or a related discipline
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations coordination, executive support or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Able to use Excel confidently for data consolidation, formulas, lookups, PivotTables and basic reporting
Experience with POS systems, system settings or sales-report extraction is preferred
Strong organisational, time-management and follow-up skills
Able to take clear and accurate meeting minutes and convert discussions into action points
Detail-minded, responsible and able to handle confidential information appropriately
Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese is required
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with different departments
Previous experience in the F&B, restaurant, retail or hospitality industry—whether frontline or office-based—is preferred
Immediate availability would be an advantage

We OfferMonthly Salary HK$22,000–26,000, depending on experience
