Key Responsibilities

• Handle all import & export activities for EPD Hong Kong, ensuring full compliance with global customs and trade policies.
• Monitor and manage operational KPIs for distributors, focusing on redressing lead times, on-time goods receipt, and delivery performance.
• Manage product phase-in and phase-out processes (e.g., implementing regulatory variations) to guarantee continuous supply.
• Oversee master supply plans and coordinate with overseas teams to mitigate potential stockouts or excess inventory.
• Perform code creation and maintain accurate inventory controls across local and distributor systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, trade regulations, and customs compliance.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced/strong Excel skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
