Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced export logistics professional to manage daily export shipments from Hong Kong to Asia-Pacific markets, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth operations.

You will prepare and maintain export documentation, coordinate customs clearance, and work closely with warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep shipments compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of export/shipping or international logistics experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with export shipments and shipping documentation.
• Air export experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of customs clearance and import/export procedures.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Detail-minded, proactive and able to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily export shipments from Hong Kong to Asia-Pacific markets, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain export and shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, airway bills, customs documents).
• Coordinate customs clearance and export procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, overseas offices and freight forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays and issues.
• Process trade declarations and support related import/export documentation.
• Verify freight forwarder bills and maintain accurate freight/shipment records.
• Resolve day-to-day logistics and transportation issues to keep operations running smoothly.

• Prepare and maintain export and shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills and customs-related documents.
• Handle and coordinate customs clearance and export procedures, ensuring shipments comply with relevant requirements.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, warehouses, overseas offices and external freight forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, customs issues and other transportation-related matters.
• Handle trade declarations and support relevant import/export documentation.
• Check and validate freight forwarder billings and maintain accurate freight and shipment records.
• Resolve day-to-day logistics and transportation issues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in export, shipping, freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Solid hands-on experience in export shipments and shipping documentation is essential.
• Air export experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in customs clearance and import/export procedures.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
