Job summary

Forsters & Company in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Support professional. The role covers follow-up of sales orders, coordination with customers and suppliers, and support for quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

The candidate will assist with logistics, data maintenance on customers and pricing, and handle delivery arrangements. A 5-day work week, 2(?) pay, discretionary bonus, medical/dental, and work-from-home option are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in sales operation support.
• Solid experience in customer coordination and delivery arrangement.
• Experience in trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Initiative, detail-minded, energetic, dynamics with pleasant personality.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is a great advantage.
