Job summary

Innovic Technology Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a data center operations support professional to maintain daily data center operations and monitor network/system availability.

You will provide technical support for health checks, equipment installation and configuration, and prepare regular service reports, with a willingness to work 7x24 shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and supporting server or network components is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data center environments is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willing to work on shift (7x24).

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the daily operation of the data center

3. Provide technical support to scheduled / non-scheduled activities such as health checking, network equipment installation and configuration etc
4. Ensure information is well-delivered to helpdesk and all related parties
5. Prepare regular service/operation report

Requirement

1. Experience in server or network components operation and support will be an advantage
2. Familiar with the environment of data center is a plus
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
4. Willing to work on shift (7x24)
