Job summary

China Telecom Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Executive to maintain the daily operation of the data center and monitor network and system availability.

You will provide technical support for health checks, equipment installation and configuration, and ensure timely communication with the helpdesk and related parties.

The role requires good English and Chinese, willingness to work on a 7x24 shift pattern, and preparation of regular service and operation reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in server or network components operation and support will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the data center environment is a plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily operation of the data center.
• Monitor the network and system availability.
• Provide technical support to scheduled / non-scheduled activities such as health checking, network equipment installation and configuration etc.
• Ensure information is well-delivered to helpdesk and all related parties.
• Prepare regular service/operation report.
