Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong is seeking an Operation Executive to support daily operations within the Commercial Group. You will participate in UAT for system enhancements, document test cases, and assist with rollout and delivery to ensure smooth implementations.

You will conduct regular system health checks, log issues with a structured tracker, and collaborate with the IT team to drive timely resolutions. Strong Excel skills, English and Cantonese/Mandarin communication are essential for reporting and

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in operations support; call centre experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel Pivot Tables, Power Pivot and Macros.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• System Enhancement Support: Support system enhancement projects by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting test cases, and assisting with rollout and delivery
• System Health Check: Perform regular health checks on operational systems to ensure they are up and running; proactively identify and escape any anomalies or downtime

• KPI & Data Support: Assist with KPI reporting and basic data checks as needed to support operational decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of working experience in operations support ; experience in a call centre environment is a definite advantage
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel — Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, & Macros)
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
