Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong is seeking an Operation Executive to support daily operations within the Commercial Group. You will participate in UAT for system enhancements, document test cases, and assist with rollout and delivery to ensure smooth implementations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in operations support; call centre experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel Pivot Tables, Power Pivot and Macros.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support system enhancement projects by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting test cases, and assisting with rollout and delivery
• Perform regular health checks on operational systems to ensure they are up and running; proactively identify and resolve anomalies or downtime
• Log and monitor system issues with a structured tracking approach, maintain an issue register, and coordinate with the IT team to drive timely resolution and communication
• Prepare and generate operational reports to support performance monitoring and management review
• Assist with KPI reporting and basic data checks as needed to support operational decision-making
