SW8458 |16 Mar 2023 Onsite Support Engineer

• Implement and perform administration of servers, storage, virtual machine (VM) and system, including Active directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Office 365.
• Implement and support of firewall and network equipment.
• Perform system security patching and vulnerability scanning, identify security vulnerabilities and work on remediation in Head Office and Cloud platforms.
• Work with support vendor on performing OS and firmware security updates.
• Monitor system performance, perform system tuning and troubleshooting.
• Assist to provide support to suppliers for project rollout.
• Daily support the operational tasks.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• High diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in multiple areas, if not all, in IT end-user services delivery and team management, Microsoft Office 365 administration and support, end-user hardware and software, Windows platform management and upgrade, network, firewall etc.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience with Checkpoint firewall, Cisco network devices, Windows Server, VMWare ESXi/vCenter and VEEAM backup.
• Certificate on Microsoft products, network, OS platform, IT security is preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows platform and products, troubleshooting, technical project management.
• Independent, self-motivated, and innovative with good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
