Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support. • Administer IT infrastructure and provide technical support.
• Troubleshooting and resolve daily incidents.
• Use infrastructure as a service (IaaS) from cloud providers such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Responsible for hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration and upgrade.
• Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and evaluation.
• Liaise and manage vendor to resolve infrastructure issues / projects.
• Assist to handle ad-hoc projects.

• Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in system administration and implementation.
• Proficient on VMWare, Linux and Windows system administration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in MS SQL / MySQL and MS Exchange Server administration is preferred.
