• Assistant of IT projects with client-side’s aspect and provide recommendations.
• Act as a technical engineer of backend infrastructure services.
• System and Security maintenance of Windows servers and network infrastructures.
• Ensure timely response to security incidents, root cause analysis, and closure of incidents.
• Maintaining the IT infrastructure and application systems in a healthy status.
• Installation, configuration, storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning.
• Monitoring and responding to system alerts and incidents.
• Evaluation/Deployment of new application system and IT technology.
• Execute and maintain the drill test of BCP annually.
• Ensure adequate documentation for all application and network system.
• Technical and application support.
• Required remote/onsite support after office hours as well as during weekend or public holiday.
• Able to work independently with standalone problem solving capability. Provide professional hints and observation to the application support team for all level of development/maintenance work.

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth experience in setup and administration of Windows servers, AD, IIS, ARR and Clustering.
• Solid experience on VMware infrastructure setup and administration.
• Strong understanding of security incident management and vulnerability management process.
• Security Monitoring experience in technologies such as Microsoft SCOM, Splunk and WireShark.
• Maintain System vulnerability management (Rapid7/Kenna/Penetration Testing).
• Excellent skill in system and storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning and problem analysis.
